Catalogue N°16 | Page 7 www.microplan-group.com Lavorazioni speciali sul granito Al fine di garantire un servizio completo, il gruppo MICROPLAN® esegue, su richiesta, lavorazioni particolari a seconda dei disegni delle esigenze del Cliente e del settore di applicazione al quale gli strumenti in granito sono destinati. Le principali lavorazioni complementari sono: INCOLLAGGIO con resine epossidiche di particolari quali inserti filettati, cave a “T” di guida o staffaggio. FORATURA: sulle superfici in granito, le forature, cieche o passanti, vengono realizzate con utensili diamantati da un diametro minimo di 3 mm a un massimo di 500 mm con profondità variabile. All’interno di tali fori possono essere incollati, con resine epossidiche, inserti ciechi o filettati secondo la tabella riportata a pagina 9. FRESATURA: il granito può essere fresato con appositi utensili diamantati pur con alcuni limiti rispetto alla fresatura su metallo. Si realizzano fresature cieche o passanti su disegno. Special workings on granite To offer a complete service, MICROPLAN® usually makes special machining according to Customers drawings, specifications and application fields. The main special granite workings are the following: GLUEING of inserts and guide or clamping T-slots with epoxy resin; DRILLING: granite drilling is made with diamond tools (blind or through holes) from Ø 3 to Ø 500 mm diameter with variable depth. Inside these holes, blind or threaded inserts can be glued with epoxy resin (see table p. 9). MILLING with fitted diamond tools (with some limits compared to the metal milling). Blind or through milling as per customer drawing. Usinages spéciaux sur le granit Afin de compléter son offre, MICROPLAN® exécute, sur demande, des usinages particuliers déterminés selon les types d’application auxquels sont destinés les éléments en granit (selon les plans des clients). Voici les principaux usinages complémentaires: COLLAGE d’inserts filetés, de rainures en T de guidage ou de bridage avec une résine epoxy. PERÇAGE: le perçage (borgne ou traversant) sur le granit est fait avec des forets tubulaires diamantés de Ø 3 mm à un maximum de Ø 500 mm, sur une profondeur variable. Dans ces trous des inserts pleins ou filetés, selon le tableau ci-dessous, sont collés avec une résine epoxy (voir tableau p. 9). FRAISAGE avec des outils diamantés appropriés avec des limites comparables à l’usinage des métaux. Fraisages borgnes ou traversants selon plan. Spezielle Granitbearbeitungen Um unserer Kundschaft eine vollständige Dienstleistung anzubieten, führt die MICROPLAN® Gruppe Sonderbearbeitungen nach Zeichnung und Wunsch, und nach dem Anwendungsbereich des gewünschten Granitmessinstrumentes durch. Die Hauptbearbeitungen, die wir durchführen, sind: EINKLEBEN von Einzelteilen mit Epoxidharz, wie Gewindeeinsätze, T-Nuten für Führung oder Befestigung. BOHREN: der Granit wird durch Diamantbohrer mit Durchmesser von 3mm bis 500mm und veränderlichen Tiefen gebohrt (durch oder blind). In den Bohrungen werden Gewinde- bzw. Blindeinsätze mit Epoxidharz nach der nachstehenden Tabelle eingeklebt. FRÄSEN: der Granit kann mit den angepassten Diamantgeräten gefräst werden, obwohl diese Aktion technische Beschränkungen hat, im Vergleich mit Metall. Wir können Durch-bzw.
