Tutti i piani vengono collaudati in sale a temperatura costante (20° C) e con umidità controllata. Con ogni piano MICROPLAN® viene rilasciato un Rapporto di Prova completo di mappatura degli errori e istruzioni per l‘installazione. Inoltre su richiesta può essere emesso il Certificato di Taratura*. Nella tabella sottostante sono riportati dimensioni standard, pesi, codici di riferimento e tolleranze di planarità assolute (in millesimi di millimetro). Su richiesta e a disegno vengono forniti piani di altre dimensioni e/o con fori, inserti filettati, cave a “T” di guida e staffaggio, riquadri di scarico e altre lavorazioni speciali. Large size granite surface plates Large size granite surface plates are manufactured in 5 accuracy grades according to ISO 8512-2 Standards, in order to satisfy all specific user needs, both in workshop and in metrological room. All plates are tested in an environment with controlled temperature (20° C) and humidity. All MICROPLAN® plates are supplied with a Test Report, in which error map and installation instructions are reported. Calibration Certificate available on request*.
