A seguito della crescente richiesta della Clientela, Microplan® ha sviluppato al proprio interno una Divisione specializzata negli assemblaggi di precisione: nello specifico si eseguono allineamenti di guide a ricircolo di sfere e di rulli, scale di misura, montaggi di motori, motori lineari, encoders lineari e rotativi, carrelli e sistemi vacuo-pneumostatici, viti a ricircolo di sfere, componenti meccanici, finecorsa, sensoristica, componenti elettrici ed elettronici, e ogni altro equipaggiamento necessario al Cliente. Grazie all’esperienza acquisita in oltre 40 anni di attività, alla formazione continua di personale qualificato e alla strumentazione di alta precisione (interferometri laser, autocollimatori, livelle elettroniche, ecc...), Microplan® è in grado di fornire al Cliente strutture e banchi di misura in granito calibrati e “pronti all’uso”, garantendo tempi di messa in opera decisamente più brevi che evitano al Cliente tutte le problematiche derivanti da allineamenti e tarature dispendiosi in termini di tempo e quindi di costo. Precision assembly The Microplan® Group, not only produces precision instruments and granite bases according to customer’s drawings, but is also able to provide a complete precision assembly service. Following up the growing demand of Customers, Microplan® developed a department specialized in highprecision assembly : getting more specific it is possible to install and align roller and bearing guides, measurement scales, motors, linear motors, linear and rotative encoders, carriages and vacuumpneumatic systems, ball screws, mechanical components, stoppers, sensors, electrical and electronical components, and all any other tool requested from the Customer. Thanks to the experience acquired in more than 40 years of activity, to the constant formation of highly specialized staff and to the highprecision instruments (laser interferometers, autocollimators, electronical levels and so on…), the Microplan® group is able to supply to the customer granite structures and benches already set and “ready to go”, keeping low installation timing and avoiding to the customer all the troubles related to aligning and calibrations, really expensive in timing and therefore a cost. Assemblages de précision Le groupe Microplan® produit pas seulement des instruments de précision et des bases en granit selon les plans du client, mais il est également capable de fournir un service d’assemblage de précision complet. Suite à la demande croissante de Clients, Microplan® a développé un département spécialisé dans les assemblages de précision: plus précisément, il est possible d’installer et d’aligner des guides à rouleaux et paliers, des échelles de mesure, des moteurs linéaires et rotatifs, des chariots, des systèmes pneumatiques sous vide, des vis à billes, des composants mécaniques, bouchons, capteurs, composants électriques et électroniques, et tous autres outils suite aux demandes du Client. Grâce à l’expérience acquise en plus de 40 ans d’activité, à la formation constante du personnel hautement spécialisé et aux instruments de haute précision (interféromètres laser, auto-collimateurs, niveaux électroniques ...), le groupe Microplan® peut fournir au client, structures de granit et bancs déjà réglés et “prêts à l’emploi”, en gardant des temps d’installations bas et en évitant au client tous les problèmes liés à l’alignement et aux étalonnages, très coûteux en temps et donc en coût. Um der wachsenden Nachfrage unserer Kunden zu folgen, hat Microplan® eine Abteilung entwickelt, die auf hochpräzise Montage spezialisiert ist. Noch spezifischer, ist es möglich, Rollen- und Lagerführungen auszurichten, Messskalen, Motoren, Linearmotoren, lineare und rotative Encoder, Schlitten, vakuum-pneumatische Systeme, Kugelgewindetriebe, mechanische Komponenten, Stopper, Sensoren, elektrische und elektronische Komponenten und alle anderen vom Kunden angeforderten Werkzeuge zu installieren. Dank der in mehr als 40 Jahren gesammelten Erfahrung, der ständigen Bildung hochspezialisierten Handwerks und der hochpräzisen Instrumente (Laserinterferometer, Autokollimatoren, elektronische Wasserwaagen usw.) kann die Microplan®-Gruppe Granit Strukturen und Bänke zu den Kunden liefern, die bereits eingestellt und “ready to go” sind und vermeiden den Kunden alle Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Ausrichtung und Kalibrierungen während der Montage, normalerweise sehr teuer im Zeit und als Kosten.
